Yoga is a pratice that seeks to bring one's mind, body, and spirit into greater harmony. Learn breath and position in a gentle enviroment. Increase your endurance, flexibility, coordination, and balance. All levels are welcome to attend.

Friday 10:45am - 11:30am with Kathy  

Please come to class ten minutes early to setup.
